There are just 58 rooms at Coco Beach Resort, ranging from luxury rooms to two-bedroom, two bathroom suites. All the accommodations at Coco Beach Resort feature A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, and safe. For single travelers or couples, the Luxury Hotel Room is a wonderful choice with king bed, full-size sofa bed (for one child), mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and safe. Upgrade to a Luxury Honeymoon Casita for a more spacious bungalow complete with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. For larger parties or families, the Two-bedroom Villas and Two-bedroom Suites are an ideal fit. The villas offer a master suite with king bed and a second bedroom with trundle twin bed to sleep an additional two people. Meanwhile, The Suites offer two master suite bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. Both the villas and suites feature fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, and full-size sofa bed in the living room for six maximum occupancy.

Aside from the luxury accommodations, there are a number of amenities and features at Coco Beach Resort that will keep you outside enjoying the water and sun. One of the more impressive features of the property are their two large free form pools, each with a swim-up bar, pool-side dining service, water slide, rock island, and hot tub. Active guests will enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats as well as volleyball, tennis courts, and basketball at the neighboring property.
